The proceedings will be published and peer-reviewed on "International Journal of Modern Physics - Conference Series (IJMPCS)". Both oral and poster presentations will be considered in the Volume. In addition, plenary contributions will be published in IJMPD, then reproduced in conference proceedings (IJMPCS).

The page limit will be:

• 10 pages for Invited Speakers (30 minutes' talks)
• 5 pages for Parallel Speakers (15 or 20 minutes' talks)
• 3 pages for poster contributions
