The conference will take place at the Cultural Center “Dragão do Mar” (Sea Dragon, see here its homepage, in Portuguese), located in the center of the city of Fortaleza (see map here).

The Dragão do Mar hosts many cultural activities, ranging from Arts to Science. The Auditorium where the talks of Sobral 2009 will take place is next to the Planetarium.
