Title: The Rest-Frame Afterglows of Short and Long Gamma-Ray Burst

Abstract: Thanks in particular to the Swift mission, a large sample of Gamma-ray Burst afterglows has been detected and followed up within the last ten years. In many cases, redshifts as well as multicolor photometry were obtained which allow the derivation of the intrinsic light curves. I will talk about the creation of such a large light curve sample, and the comparison of long GRB afterglows from the BeppoSAX to the Swift era, as well as the comparison between the afterglows of short and long GRBs.
