  • Opening of online registration: September 1, 2015

  • Deadline for online registration: October 31, 2015

  • Conference in Bucaramanga: 23-25 November, 2015

  • Conference in Bogotá: 26-27 November, 2015

  • The registration fee will be waived to the students, researchers and professors from local universities, as well as to the invited speakers.
    Support for accomodation in Bucaramanga has been granted to the students with a poster presentation. A notification via e-mail has been already sent to the supported students.

    The students which did not receive such a grant are encouraged to book for a room in Loft Elite Casa Huespedes https://www.facebook.com/Loft.Elite. Currently, there are still 10 rooms available at the special price of 35,000 pesos per night for the 1JG participants.
